This is a 6-week program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, Raquel Barrios. The workout will be one hour in length starting at 9 am on Tuesday and Thursday's and 8:30 AM on Saturday's.  Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. What is Adventure Fitness Boot Camp?

Adventure Fitness Boot Camp is all about preparing your body to jump into any adventure. It is about getting you out of your comfort zone, so you can get stronger from the inside out, and gain confidence in your body.   In this Adventure Fitness/Boot Camp Program we focus on you learning to enjoy and embrace your one beautiful body. We believe that greatness is on the other side of your comfort zone. When you learn to truly enjoy your body, and feel strong and confident it affects your entire being and that's where the magic happens! Workouts include TRX, weight training, body weight training, battle ropes, core training, pilates, sports yoga, agility, cardio, mobility and more.  We will always keep you on your toes! Every 6-weeks we take an adventure together to celebrate our strength and camaraderie. Join the adventure!
